Please read the salon policies before booking any appointments. When booking an appointment it will be assumed that you have read and agreed to the following terms.
Late Arrivals
Unfortunately, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment then I may not be able to carry out your service fully or at all. My no show policy will then apply & the total service cost will still be charged.
Cancellations / Alterations/ Rescheduling
I kindly ask that if you need to cancel, alter or reschedule your appointment that you do so with at least 48hrs notice. If you cancel, alter or reschedule your appointment with less notice, the following charges may apply. Less than 48 hrs notice - 50% of the total service cost. Same day - Up to 100% of the total service cost. Repeat cancellations, alterations or rescheduling of appointments could result in me being unable to offer you an appointment without the total service cost paid prior to booking.
Deposits
Non refundable deposits may be requested to secure your booking. These will be deducted from your balance at checkout. Deposits can be transferred once within the same calendar month if the correct notice period is given. This is subject to availability, it is not a guarantee that I will be able to book you in. If there are no suitable appointment times for you then unfortunately the deposit will be lost and you will need to pay another deposit to secure any future appointments. No appointments will be held & these are only secured once deposits are processed.
Pricing/Booking
All prices can be found on the booking system. Prices are subject to change without notice and are starting from. These will vary depending on things such as; time taken, colour used, hair length etc. Please contact me directly if you wish to discuss your pricing or to book a consultation.
Please book the service which you require for the correct length of your hair, eg- if you have a bob your hair is mid length, not cropped. These will be changed and charged appropriately & may lead to cancellation if i do not have the correct time for the service (again my cancellation policy will apply). Please be aware that any changes to your booking must be done at least 48hours before or the total service cost will be charged.
Your Personal Details / Social Media
All personal details are stored in accordance to GDPR. I take before and after photos for your client record and for social media advertising purposes. If you would prefer I didn't use your photos on social media, please tell me at the time of booking, I may still be required to take photos for your client record.
Patch Test / Consultation
All new colour services will require a patch test and consultation at least 48 hours prior to the service. Please contact me direct to book. No service will be carried out without a patch test. Patch tests must be repeated after a 6 month period or if there are any changes to your medical history or during pregnancy. My cancellation/ no show policy will apply if patch tests haven’t been done and you may be charged for lost time.
Visiting the salon
Please be mindful when arriving for your appointment. Parking is available on my driveway and should be used whenever possible. Please don't park obstructing any neighbours drives or property. The salon door is located on the side of the house and should be used at all times.
