I absolutely understand that there are many reasons that may cause a late cancellation & are usually out of clients control however, late notice makes it very difficult for me to fill that space leading to loss of income.
Please know that if these policies are implement it is not personal towards you, it’s simple to protect my business & my income.
NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of your treatment(s) cost.
CANCELLATIONS made within 24hrs of your scheduled appointment(s) will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
I will always do my best to accommodate & If I am able to offer an alternative appointment slot WITHIN the same working week (Monday - Friday excluding Saturdays ) the cancellation charge may be removed & replaced with an hourly rate charge of £30.00 to cover the time lost due to late cancellation(s).
