I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, late cancellations and missed appointments result in lost income and limited opportunity to fill that time.
To ensure fairness and protect my business, the following policy applies:
• NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
• CANCELLATIONS within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
Where possible, I may offer an alternative appointment within the same working week (Monday–Friday). In these cases, the cancellation fee may be replaced with a £30 hourly fee to cover the lost time.
Outstanding balances must be cleared before any future appointments can be booked.
