By booking an appointment with The Lash Studio (Aberdeen), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.
Deposits & Payments
- All appointments must be secured with a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the treatment cost.
- The remaining balance is payable at the end of your appointment.
- Payments in salon can be made by cash or card.
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations & Amendments
- Clients may cancel or amend their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- Cancellations or amendments made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
Appointment Preparation
- Clients must attend their appointment with no makeup on, including eye makeup, mascara, foundation, or brow products.
- If a client arrives with heavy makeup, they will be turned away and charged 100% of the treatment cost, as this impacts treatment time and results.
Arrival, Parking & Studio Etiquette (Bridge of Don Studio)
- Clients attending the Bridge of Don studio must park considerately and must not block or obstruct neighbours’ driveways.
- Clients should arrive on time for their appointment.
- Upon arrival, clients must send a message to advise of their arrival.
- Please wait before approaching the house, as there may be a client inside before you.
- There is no waiting area available, so early arrivals may be asked to wait until they are contacted.
Consultation & Consent
- All clients must agree to the terms and conditions and cancellation policy before their appointment.
- All clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to treatment.
- Failure to complete the consultation form may result in the appointment being cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
General
- Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation, and full charges may still apply.
- Results may vary depending on individual factors; refunds are not offered once a treatment has been carried out.
- The business reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
