Important information 

▪️I am cash only. Bank transfer is accepted if you are genuinely unable to get cash.

▪️Please turn up to your appointment at your specific appointment time. No earlier, no later. I work to a strict appointment schedule. I work in a private garden studio and there is no waiting area. Please text when you are outside I will come to the door. Unfortunately as there is no space for others to wait it is a strict policy of bring yourself.

▪️If you experience any issues with your nails within 7 days of your appointment, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to assess and resolve the problem. After 7 days, repairs will be chargeable. Nails can become damaged over time, particularly if they are picked, pulled, or used as tools, which is outside of my control. I’m always happy to fix these at a cost (please see the repairs section on my website). If there is clear lifting due to application or prep, I will of course take responsibility and repair this free of charge. I can identify when this is the case during assessment.

🖤🖤🖤🖤▪️I offer silent appointments if you wish to have a silent appointment please add this on to your service, through the add-ons section on the treatments screen. You will have an initial consultation as part of your appointment, this is to discuss what you would like and pick out your products after the consultation feel free to put on headphones, switch off and relax.

▪️All of my treatments are part of a prescriptive manicure, tailored specifically to you. I will assess your nails and recommend the most suitable products based on their condition and needs. Since everyone’s nails are different, gel treatments can adhere differently depending on nail health. This means the ideal gel base for you may not always be the one you initially had in mind—but I’ll ensure it’s the best choice for long-lasting, healthy results.

▪️Do you need a removal? 

I offer removals but if you do book in for a removal please bare in mind that if it is not a product that I use and I struggle to remove it due to this I will have to cut the appointment short.

It is recommended to book every 3 weeks to re- structure the existing product. If this is not done; you may experience lifting, breaking due to the existing product shifting with your nail growth and in turn removing the strength and correct structure.

If the product has grown over half the length of the natural nail, the service will require a full removal and new set. Please bare this in mind when booking, as I work on timed appointments and need to allow the correct amount of time for each client.

If it has been over 3 weeks and you are unsure if your set needs a removal and new set please message me, send a pic and I can let you know.
