THE LUBZ

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, this will be deducted from your remaining balance. • Any out of hour appointments are an additional £10-£30 per hour. (These are appointments made at/before 10am & appointments made after 6pm) • If you wish to reschedule your appointment for whatever reason, you must communicate with me 7 days before your appointment to keep your deposit, otherwise you may need to pay another deposit. • Please choose if you need me to travel to you (Mobile), or if you would like to come in for your appointment (In-salon). • In-salon appointments are not subject to additional travel charges. • However, any mobile appointments within 4 miles of the area (Marylebone Station) will be an additional £10, this is to cover fuel, kit preparation and distance. Any mobile appointments out of the radius (4 miles+) will be quoted to you directly.

• To ensure that the make up will look its best, it is recommended that you remove any facial hair and clean up your eyebrows, this will ensure that your make up won't look patchy and will give you the best base. (Optional) • Please arrive to your appointment without any make up on. Any skincare ie moisturiser will be removed before application of make up. • Avoid face laser, facials or steamers 24hrs before your booking as your skin may be more sensitive and pores may become clogged. • For hair appointments please arrive with 100% dry, second day hair is preferred as this will affect the outcome and longevity of the hairstyle. • If you have 2C to 4C curl type hair or really frizzy hair it is your responsibility to pay the correct "straightening" fees as this may take up to an hour of your appointment time. • Alternatively, you can press and smooth your hair down before your appointment, if not, you risk being turned away on the day.

• Please arrive to your appointment on time & with a clean face. • STRICTLY cash only please - (there is a Tesco ATM 2 mins away from my salon) • If you are more than 15 minutes late you may be charged a late fee, anything more than 30 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled & your deposit will not be refunded. • Please ensure you plan your journey in advance as traffic / getting lost does not exempt you from paying a late fee. • Please note that sometimes booking times may vary depending on the desired outcome so please leave additional 30 mins room in between booking time and where you need to be. • Please note that bookings for a large group may take up an entire morning or afternoon day and so some individuals will need to have their make up applied earlier than others in the group.
