Bookings and Cancellations

All appointments require a £20 non refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your final balance. Please ensure that you select the correct service on the booking system prior to paying the deposit to ensure you are choosing the right timings. Services cannot be amended less than 48hours to appointment. If you need to reschedule, this can be done through our booking system only ! You can only reschedule an appointment ONCE within 2 weeks from the original booking date without loss of the original deposit. Appointments cancelled after 48 hours will incur a 50% service fee and within 24 hours will incur a 100% service fee.


Arrival Prior to Appointment

Acton Slots is home based we do not allow for plus ones or arrivals of more than 5 minutes as there is no current waiting area. All new clients must attend their appointment with bare nails unless a removal has been pre booked.


Timekeeping and No Shows

TMH allows a 10 minute grace period of late arrivals. After 15minutes your treatment your appointment will be amended and a £10 late charge will be applied to the end of your service. Arrivals after 20 minutes will incur an automatic appointment cancellation and 100% of the service will be charged. No shows is classified as not attending your appointment without prior acknowledgment and will incur a 100% service fee.


Private House Calls

Private House calls are now available within the West and Central London. Call out fee is subject to the specific location provided. We kindly ask that all pets be securely kept in another room throughout your appointment to limit disruptions or accidents. Please ensure that a suitable workspace is available to ensure a smooth service.
