All bookings made through the booking site will be required to pay a £10.50 non refundable booking fee and deposit. You will also be required to add a valid card to the system to secure your appointments. Any no shows/ missed appointments will be charged the full cost of the appointment. If this is repeated you may be asked to pay in full upfront or be blocked from booking completely. If you cancel or move your appointments within the 48 hrs cancellation window you will be charged the full amount of your treatment and will be unable to book again untill this is paid. If you book an appointment with less than 24 hrs untill the appointment you will be required to pay the full treatment upfront and this is non refundable. If you no longer required your appointment please cancel your appointment so it can go to another customer. If you fail to cancel with over 48 hrs notice you will still be charged in full. This also includes changes to your appointments on the day if you decide you no longer need a treatment but have not cancelled it you will still be charged. Please understand this includes sickness, please do not attend your appointment if you are ill, if you are well enough to wear a mask for your entire appointment you may attend with a mild cold. Please arrive to your appointment at your scheduled time, I do not have anywhere for clients or plus ones to wait. The salon is also due to insurance purposes a child free salon, please arrange appropriate child care for your appointment.  If you are late it will result in your treatment being shortened or even cancelled and you will still be charged the full amount.
If you are over 10 minutes late your treatment may be cancelled and you will still be charged in full. Please note all sales are final. I will be happy to address any issues e.g chipping on gel with in 5 days and Nail lacquer within 48hrs of your appointment for free after this there will be a small charge. A lashlift or brow laminations can not be carried out with less than 6 weeks between appointments. Please note The Nail Coven accepts NO responsibility for damage, theft, or tickets for clients cars or belongings whilst visiting the premises. There is plenty of road parking on Shaftesbury Road, Woodstock and Woodley, including a small free car park on Woodley. A perfect place to park. Waitrose car park has a time restriction. If you are being driven to the salon you can be dropped off down the ally access but please DO NOT Park your car here as residents need access to their property at all times. I do not infill other technicians work, if you require product to be removed please book a full removal and then a new application of product so I have the required time to complete your treatment. Products can not be mixed. 
Please arrive to your appointments with no product if you are a first time client. A patch test is legally required for treatments such as tinting, lash lifts and brow laminations these have to be carried out 48 hrs before your treatment can take place. If you book your patch test in and then your treatment under the 48 hr window your appointment will be canceled and you may still be charged. Please be aware photos may be taken of treatments please let me know if you do not want these used on my social media. While I do not wish to have this policies in place please understand I have to and mean no disrespect to you personally.
