Terms and Conditions

In order to secure the appointment you must be over the age of 16 and are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy. Please note as a first time client you must arrive with bare and undamaged nails with no current or previous signs of infection. I will be unable to remove any products done by other technicians unless discussed prior to booking. Please arrive to your appointment on time, any late arrival which is longer than 10 minutes may result in appointment cancellation and a full fee may need to be paid. Please familiarise yourself with the cancellation/no show policy prior to booking. Please arrive to your appointment alone, no children will be allowed due to health and safety. If you require to reschedule your appointment you may do so 48 hours prior. Deposits can be transferred once only within 30 days of previous appointment. Any rescheduling or cancellation within 48 hours will require full payment.
