By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are over the age of 16 and agree to the salon’s cancellation and booking policies.

First-time clients must attend their appointment with bare, healthy nails free from damage or any signs of current or previous infection. Please note that removal of work carried out by another nail technician cannot be guaranteed unless discussed before booking.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in the appointment being cancelled and the full appointment fee being charged.

Clients are encouraged to read and understand the cancellation and no-show policy before booking.

For health and safety reasons, please attend your appointment alone. Children are not permitted in the salon.

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your booking. Deposits can be transferred once only and must be used within 30 days of the original appointment.
