Terms and Conditions

Bookings & Deposits - A £10 deposit is required for all first time clients. A £5 deposit will be required for existing clients This will be deducted from your final bill at the time of your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been paid. Please come to your appointments alone, unless this has been discussed with me before hand. My insurance states that no children under 12 are allowed at appointments at the nail room Surrey. Cancellations & No shows - Please give me at least 48+ hours notice if you cannot make your appointment. Your £10 booking fee will be refunded or transferred to another date. Less than 24 hours notice- 50% of the appointment price will apply. No shows 100% of the appointment price will apply. If you ever need to cancel your appointment, your booking fee will be refunded in full or we can move it to another date. If you do not show up to your appointment a new £10 deposit will be required if you wish to rebook. Lateness- Please turn up to your appointments on time! If you arrive early please wait until your appointment time, unless I let you know you’re able to come in sooner. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may have to change the set you had planned or reschedule. Any later than 20 minutes would also class as a no show so 100% of the appointment price would apply. New Clients- If it’s your first appointment with me please turn up with bare nails, so I can then assess your nail health and we can then further discuss our plan of what we will be doing / you want to achieve. Nails- Please let me know if you have any nails that are or missing (e.g extensions) so I can then make sure I allocate enough time to fix this. Nail art- please send me any inspiration pictures before your appointment so I can make sure I allocate enough time and have the right products to fulfil your design . Please make sure you book your infills & soak offs! If you have a set of nails on that you got done by someone else these will need removing before reapplying at your appointment with me, as my products may not be compatible with the previous products used. I am able to remove these for you at the time of your appointment, just make sure to add it when booking so that I know I have enough time to complete everything I have a 48 hour free repair policy in place, after this time it would be £3 per nail to fix.
