Bookings & Deposits -
A £10 deposit is required for all first time clients and a £5 deposit will be required for existing clients.
This will be deducted from your final bill at the time of your appointment.
Appointments are not confirmed until your deposit has been paid.
Please come to your appointments alone, unless this has been discussed with me before hand.
My insurance states that no children under 12 are allowed at appointments at the nail room Surrey.
I also cannot do any treatments on people who are under the age of 16.
Cancellations & No shows -
Please give me at least 48+ hours notice if you cannot make your appointment.
Your £10 booking fee will be refunded or transferred to another date.
24 hours notice - 80% of the appointment price will apply.
Less than 12 hours 90% of the appointment price will apply.
No shows - 100% of the appointment price will apply.
If you ever need to cancel your appointment, your booking fee will be refunded in full or we can move it to another date.
If you do not show up to your appointment the previous balance of your treatment will have to be paid and a new £10 deposit will be required if you wish to rebook.
Sickness -
Please let me know as soon as possible if you are unwell and unable to make your appointment, please do not come to your appointment if you are unwell.
Lateness-
Please turn up to your appointments on time!
If you arrive early please wait until your appointment time, unless I let you know that you're able to come in sooner.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may have to change the set you had planned or reschedule.
Any later than 20 minutes would also class as a no show so 100% of the appointment price would apply.
New Clients-
If it's your first appointment with me please turn up with bare nails, so I can then assess your nail health and then further discuss our plan of what we will be doing / what you want to achieve.
Nails-
Please let me know beforehand if you have any nails that are or missing (eg extensions) or need tips where one has snapped, this is so I can then make sure I allocate enough time to fix this for you.
Please make sure you book your infills & soak offs!
If you have a set of nails on that you had done by someone else these will need removing before reapplying at your appointment with me, as my products may not be compatible with the previous products used.
I am able to remove these for you at the time of your appointment, just make sure to add it when booking so that I know I have enough time to complete everything.
have a 48 hour free repair policy in place, after this time it would be £3 per nail to fix.
Nail art-
Please send me any inspiration pictures before your appointment so I can make sure I allocate enough time and have the right products to fulfil your design
