• If you don't turn up to an appointment you will be noted on the system as a NO SHOW and be asked to pay full price of the missed treatment booked for. • If you are 15 minutes late for an appointment this will result in your appointment being cancelled and full payment is to be paid, as this leaves us unable to carry out the treatment and be on schedule with other appointments. • We require at least 48 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in full cancellation charge (full amount of treatment) •Failure to pay for a missed appointment or a last minute cancellation you will be blocked from the system and unable to book appointments without an upfront payment. • It is very important to ensure there are no last minute cancellations as it makes it very hard for me to fill the appointment gap with very little notice. * If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the service provided at the point of your appointment we will offer to rectify the service before issuing a refund *
