24-Hour Cancellation Policy To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we have implemented a strict 24-hour cancellation policy: 1. Cancellations or Rescheduling: • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. • Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled service cost. 2. No-Shows: • Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will also incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service cost. 3. Late Arrivals: • If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, the full service fee will apply, and the session may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
