Brow & Lash Treatments

Keep dry: Avoid getting the area wet, including showers/bath, swimming, saunas, and steam rooms. 

Avoid touching: Do not rub, touch, or scratch the brows and lashes to prevent disrupting the treatment. 

Skip makeup: Do not apply makeup, especially around the eye area, for at least 24 hours. 

Be careful with sleep: Avoid sleeping on your front or side to prevent the brows and lashes from being pressed out of place. 

Avoid heat: Stay away from sunbeds and direct sunlight for 48 hours.

Use gentle products:  Switch to oil-free makeup removers and gentle cleansers to avoid stripping the tint or affecting the lift. 

Brush daily:  Use a spoolie brush to gently groom and keep your lashes and brows in place. 

Use conditioning products: Apply a lash and brow conditioner or serum daily to keep the hairs nourished and healthy

Following all of the above will help to prolong your treatment.

Massage

Drink lots of water: This is crucial for flushing out toxins released during the massage and can help reduce soreness. 

Avoid alcohol and caffeine: These can interfere with your body's ability to recover and are dehydrating. It is best to avoid them for at least 12-24 hours. 

Eat a light meal: Avoid heavy, greasy foods and opt for a light, nutritious meal to aid the healing process. 

Rest: Allow your body time to relax and absorb the benefits of the massage. Avoid strenuous activities for the rest of the day. 

Gentle movement: Incorporate light activities like a gentle walk or some simple stretches to help with soreness and mobility. 

Avoid excessive heat: Limit or avoid saunas, steam rooms, and sunbathing for 12-24 hours. A lukewarm shower or a bath with Epsom salts can be soothing.
