By booking an appointment with The Refined Edit, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your appointment. Your booking is not confirmed until this has been received. Any booking fee paid will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your booking fee and a new booking fee being required.

NO-SHOWS Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your booking fee. Full or partial payment may be required before any future appointments can be booked.

LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your treatment may need to be shortened or cancelled to avoid affecting other clients. In this case, your booking fee may be forfeited.

PATCH TESTING Where a patch test is required, this must be completed within the advised timeframe before your appointment. If you fail to attend your required patch test, your treatment may not be able to go ahead.

HAIR EXTENSIONS Hair extension appointments may require a consultation and colour match before hair is ordered. Once hair has been ordered specifically for you, payments relating to the hair may be non-refundable, subject to your statutory rights.

RESULTS & AFTERCARE Treatment results and longevity vary between clients. Correct aftercare must be followed, particularly for hair extensions, lash and brow treatments. The Refined Edit cannot be responsible for issues caused by failure to follow the aftercare advice provided.

HEALTH & CONTRAINDICATIONS Please inform me before your treatment of any allergies, sensitivities, medications, medical conditions or other circumstances that could affect your treatment. I reserve the right to refuse or postpone a treatment where it would not be appropriate or safe to proceed.

REFUNDS & CONCERNS If you have any concerns following your appointment, please contact The Refined Edit as soon as possible so the issue can be assessed. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
