DRINK! Plenty of water helps with dehydration, lost fluids reduces fatigue, and helps to flush out toxins. AVOID! Drinking caffeine or alcohol wait at least 12 hours after your massage! REST! Avoid exercise or arduous activities helps to prolong relaxation and allow your body to further de-stress. STRETCH! Stretching realigns your muscle fibers and improves recovery. EAT! Massage therapy stimulates digestion - be sure to refuel. HAVE A SOAK! Try adding Epsom salts to your bath to increase circulation and ease any aches.
