**Terms and Conditions** 1. **Booking Policy:** - Appointments must be booked through our online booking system. - You will enter your payment details however you will not be charged at that point. (This will be saved for 24 hour cancellations/reschedules & no shows) 2. **Cancellation Policy:** - Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. - Failure to cancel or reschedule within the specified time frame will forfeiture in a loss of your booking fee (£20). This will be automatically taken out of your account using the details you provided to book your appointment with. 3. **Late Policy:** - Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited. 4.** No Shows** - If you do not turn up to your appointment without any contact, you will be charged 100% of the appointment price. This will be automatically taken out of your account using the details you provided to book your appointment with. 5. **Health and Safety:** - Clients must disclose any allergies or medical conditions that may affect the lash service. - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who may pose a health or safety risk. 6. **Payment:** - Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment. - We accept cash and bank transfer 7. **Privacy Policy:** - We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties. - Your contact information may be used to send appointment reminders or promotional offers. 8. **Disclaimer:** - Results may vary depending on individual factors such as natural lash condition and aftercare. - We are not liable for any adverse reactions or complications that may arise from the lash service. 9. **Changes to Terms and Conditions:** - We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
