Payment
Cash and bank transfer are accepted at your appointment.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required for all services at the time of booking.
This secures your appointment and protects the time reserved exclusively for you.Your deposit will be deducted from your final balance on the day of your appointment.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, and your deposit will be transferred to your new booking.Any further changes will require a new deposit to secure the appointment.
No Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the remaining balance becoming payable in full before any future bookings can be made.
Infill Policy
I do not infill work carried out by other technicians.Infills are offered exclusively on my own previous work to maintain the highest standards of quality and finish.
