By booking an appointment, purchasing a gift voucher, or visiting the studio, you agree to the following policies. Please read carefully.

1. Booking & Deposits

    •    A 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment.

    •    Deposits are non-refundable and deducted from the treatment total.

    •    All treatments are non-refundable.

    •    Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed within 2 years.

2. Eligibility

    •    18+ Only: Treatments are for clients aged 18 and over.

    •    Women-Only Studio: Only female clients are accepted. Respecting this ensures a safe, comfortable environment.

3. Home Studio Etiquette

    •    The studio is home-based. Please be respectful by:

• Arriving on time

• Attending alone (no extra guests)

• Maintaining quiet and respectful behaviour

• Treating the space with care

4. Conduct & Responsibility

    •    Clients must provide accurate health and medical information relevant to their treatments.

    •    Disrespectful behaviour or failure to follow policies may result in the appointment being terminated without refund.
