My Philosophy
In a world that rarely slows down, our bodies store stress, tension, and
blocked energy. True healing happens when we treat the physical and the
energetic body as one.
As a qualified Physical Education Teacher (Bachelor Degree) with
over a decade of experience studying human anatomy, I deeply
understand how the physical body stores stress and processes waste. As
an intuitive healer, I understand how the soul holds emotional weight.
My mission is to guide you back to a state of absolute peace. By blending
advanced, non-invasive body sculpting and lymphatic massage with the grounding arts of Reiki, essential oils, and crystal healing, we melt away
physical tension while restoring your soul's natural energy flow. You will
leave my beauty room light, aligned, and beautifully calm.
