Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation and Retainer: a. To secure a booking with the makeup artist, a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total agreed-upon service cost is required. b. The booking will be considered confirmed once the retainer payment has been received by the makeup artist. c. The retainer payment can be made via the accepted payment methods specified by the makeup artist. 2. Payment: a. The final balance for the makeup services is due 48 hours before the scheduled booking. b. The makeup artist will provide the client with the accepted payment methods for settling the final balance. c. Failure to make the payment within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the booking. 3. Cancellation and Refunds: a. If the client wishes to cancel the booking, they must notify the makeup artist in writing as soon as possible. b. The retainer paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstances. c. If the client cancels the booking within 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, the full balance becomes non-refundable. d. In the event of cancellation by the makeup artist due to unforeseen circumstances or any other valid reason, the client will be entitled to a full refund of any payments made. 4. Rescheduling: a. If the client wishes to reschedule the booking, they must notify the makeup artist as soon as possible. b. The makeup artist will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the client's request for rescheduling, subject to availability. c. If the makeup artist is unable to accommodate the client's rescheduling request, the cancellation policy will apply. 5. Timeliness: a. The client is responsible for ensuring their availability and punctuality at the scheduled appointment time. b. The makeup artist will make reasonable efforts to be punctual and provide the agreed-upon services within the specified time frame. c. Any delay caused by the client may result in a reduction of the service duration, and the full balance will still be due. 6. Service Agreement: a. The makeup artist agrees to provide the agreed-upon makeup services to the best of their abilities and in a professional manner. b. The client agrees to provide accurate information about their preferences, allergies, or any other relevant details that may affect the makeup application. c. The makeup artist is not responsible for any adverse reactions or injuries resulting from the use of products or services provided, if the client has failed to provide accurate and complete information. By making a booking and paying the retainer, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. It is recommended that the client carefully read and understand the terms before proceeding with the booking.
