Terms & Conditions

Free cancellation requires a minimum of 24 hour notice. Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment will require payment of 50% of the booking total to be paid before your appointment can be rescheduled. Bookings will not be accepted until this payment has been made.

Any issues with your new nails will be corrected free of charge with 7 days of your appointment. Anything after this is considered wear and tear, and any repairs will be charged at £5 per nail.

Please ensure there is appropriate parking available for me at the time of your appointment as my kit is very heavy to carry too far. I will also need clients to provide seating, I have a table but can’t bring my own chairs.
