By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
These policies help keep everything running smoothly and ensure a professional experience for every client. 💖
1. Bookings & Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit of [£10] is required to secure your appointment.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment (before service begins).
- Appointments are confirmed only once your deposit has been received
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Please provide at least [24/48 hours’ notice] to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations made after this period, or no-shows, will result in loss of deposit.
- Repeated no-shows may result in being blocked from making future appointments.
3. Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- A [10 minute grace period] is allowed. After this, you will have to pay £5 for every 10 minutes you are late until arrival . If failed to pay the late fee your deposit may be forfeited.
4. Health & Safety
- If you are feeling unwell, have open cuts, infections, or nail fungus, please reschedule your appointment.
- My workspace is a clean, sanitized home studio — please respect the environment.
- For safety reasons, no extra guests or children are allowed unless agreed in advance.
5. Payments
- Accepted payment methods: [Cash /Bank Transfer].
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- All deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferable if proper notice is given.
6. Aftercare & Repairs
- Once you leave the studio, you are responsible for caring for your nails.
- No refunds are given after services are completed.
- Free repairs are available within [3–5 days] if it’s a fault of the application.
- Breakages or lifting caused by client misuse are not covered.
7. Photos & Social Media
- Photos or short videos may be taken of your nails for promotional purposes.
- If you prefer not to have your nails photographed, please let me know before your appointment
8. Liability
- [T.knailedit] is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or issues arising from failure to follow aftercare advice.
- Please disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your service.
9. Agreement

- Agree to follow all studio policies.
- Understand that deposits are non-refundable and that failure to comply may result in denied future bookings.
