Payment

A deposit payment of 50% of the treatment value is required to confirm your booking and reserve your appointment time.  Appointments that have not been prepaid are deemed unconfirmed and as such may be cancelled and/or offered to another client without notice.    

Payments made may be transferred onto a future booking providing a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is provided (see our cancellation/rescheduling policy)

 Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, cancelled appointment slots can be difficult to fill when little notice is given. We therefore ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible, as soon as you are made aware that you are unable to attend your appointment. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a 50% fee of the total appointment cost if we are unable to fill the booking. Appointments that are a ‘No Show’ where the client fails to attend, and no prior notice is given will be subject to a charge equivalent to 100% of the value of the missed appointment. 

 Feeling Unwell?

If you are feeling unwell, have a cold, flu, throat infection or experiencing nausea/vomiting and/or episodes of diarrhoea.  If you have had a positive covid test or have been in contact with somebody in the last 72 hours that has tested positive for Covid please contact me asap to rearrange your appointment.  The more notice I receive the easier it will be for me to try and fill your appointment.  If you have any other symptoms and are unsure as to whether it is safe for you to attend your appointment, please contact me to discuss.

RUNNING LATE / DELAYED

If you are running late for your appointment time, please notify us immediately by calling or texting 07572 424 736

We will do our best to try and accommodate a late arrival, please note that your treatment time may need to be shortened in line with your late arrival if we are fully booked.
