Welcome to Torvelle Beauty.
These Terms & Conditions outline our salon policies to ensure that every client enjoys a professional, safe, and enjoyable experience.
By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms.

Appointments & Bookings
- All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system, social media, or directly through Torvelle Beauty.
- To secure your appointment, we require card details at the time of booking. No payment is taken at this stage; your card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling.

Cancellations & No-Shows
- We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost.
- Failure to attend an appointment without notice (“no-show”) will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost.
- Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

Patch Testing & Contraindications
- Certain treatments (including lash lifts, brow lamination, tinting, and lash extensions) require a patch test at least 24–48 hours prior to your appointment.
- It is your responsibility to book and attend this patch test. If this is not completed, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled.
- Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications prior to your treatment.
- Torvelle Beauty reserves the right to refuse a treatment if we believe it may be unsafe or unsuitable for you.

Treatment Policy
- All treatments are performed by qualified and insured professionals following strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Individual results may vary depending on factors such as lifestyle, skin type, and aftercare.
- Refunds are not available for completed treatments, but we will always do our best to resolve any issues or concerns.

Children & Guests
- For the comfort and safety of all clients, we kindly ask that children and additional guests do not attend appointments unless previously arranged.

Payments
- We accept payment via cash, card, or approved digital methods.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but any price changes will be clearly communicated before your appointment.

Photography & Social Media
- We may take before-and-after photos for treatment records or promotional purposes.
- We will always request your consent before posting any identifiable photos on social media or marketing materials.

Aftercare & Homecare
- Aftercare advice is provided following each treatment. It is your responsibility to follow these guidelines to maintain results and reduce any risk of irritation or adverse effects.
- Torvelle Beauty is not responsible for issues arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Refunds & Complaints
- Refunds are not provided for completed services.
- If you are unhappy with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so that we can assess and resolve your concern professionally.
- We take all feedback seriously and aim to ensure every client leaves happy.

- Your personal data and card details are handled securely and confidentially.
- Information is used only for appointment management, treatment records, and marketing (with your consent).

- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour.
- We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available in the salon and on our booking platform.
