Once an online, written or verbal booking has been accepted by Gail (Tree of life massage), the client will have entered into an agreement to have a treatment based on the following terms and conditions: Payment - clients make payment with Stripe via the online booking form, bank transfer or cash either before or at the time of treatment. Unless by prior arrangement the deposit should be received at least 12 hours before treatment is scheduled. Non payment of the deposit (or full payment if a new client) will result in no treatment. If the treatment is able to go ahead, the 15 minutes will have to be deducted from treatment time, with no partial refund. If the client is a no-show, Gail reserves the right to leave the premises.
