Ground your energy and soothe your nervous system with magnesium or sea salts if you feel called. 📖 Journal anything that came up. If insights, emotions, or memories surfaced, write them down without judgment. 🌙 Be gentle with yourself. You may feel light, tired, emotional, or activated—all responses are normal and valid. 🍯 Nourish yourself. Eat grounding, nourishing foods. Avoid alcohol, intense conversations, or stimulation if possible for the next 24 hours. 💌 Watch for signs.
