Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with Urban Angel Aesthetics, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Booking Terms & Conditions.

Deposits

• A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Your deposit will be deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
• Appointments are not confirmed until your deposit has been received.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances can change.

• You may reschedule your appointment free of charge with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
• If less than 24 hours' notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited.
• A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
• Failure to attend your appointment ("no-show") will result in the loss of your deposit.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled.
• Where we are unable to carry out your treatment due to late arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.

Medical Suitability

Your safety is our priority.

• All clients must complete a medical consultation before treatment.
• You must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies and previous aesthetic treatments.
• Failure to provide accurate medical information may result in treatment being refused.

Treatment Suitability

Not every client will be suitable for every treatment.

Urban Angel Aesthetics reserves the right to decline treatment where we believe it is not clinically appropriate, safe or in the client's best interests.

If treatment cannot proceed due to medical contraindications identified during consultation, your deposit may be transferred to an alternative suitable treatment at our discretion.

Results

Individual results vary.

While we strive to achieve the best possible outcome, no practitioner can guarantee specific aesthetic results. Healing times, longevity and treatment outcomes differ between individuals.

Follow-Up Appointments

Some treatments require a review appointment.

Where applicable, review appointments must be attended within the recommended timeframe advised by your practitioner. Reviews requested outside this period may incur additional charges.

Children

For insurance, safety and safeguarding reasons, children are not permitted in treatment rooms.

We kindly ask that childcare arrangements are made before attending your appointment.

Companion Policy

Due to limited space and to maintain a calm clinical environment, we ask that only the client attends their appointment unless prior arrangements have been agreed.

Payments

Payment is due immediately following treatment.

We accept major debit and credit cards, bank transfer and approved finance/payment plan options where available.

Refund Policy

As aesthetic treatments are personalised medical procedures, we do not offer refunds for treatments that have already been carried out.

If you have any concerns regarding your results, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess the situation and advise on appropriate aftercare or review.

Photography

Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment for your medical records.

These images remain confidential and will never be used for marketing purposes without your separate written consent.

Treatment Refusal

Urban Angel Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment where:

• Treatment is considered unsafe.
• A client appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Unrealistic expectations are identified.
• Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour is displayed towards members of staff.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured for your appointment unless otherwise agreed.
