To me, mental health is as important as physical health, the two are so closely entwined. I do all I can to help with both at Utopia, the benefits massage has on them can be incredible.
With 10 years experience I've adapted my massage technique to suit all types of different needs. I work intuitively offering a range of different massage treatments, including Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy and Ayurvedic Face Massage.
