1. Scope of Services 1.1. The mobile service provider offers nail and foot health care services, including but not limited to nail trimming, filing, removal of calluses, skin hydration, and basic foot care. 1.2. Services are provided in the comfort of the client’s chosen location (home, office, or other approved location). 1.3. Medical treatments or diagnoses are not included. The provider reserves the right to refer clients to a healthcare professional if needed. 2. Booking and Scheduling 2.1. Appointments must be booked in advance through the designated booking system or by contacting the service provider directly. 2.2. A confirmation will be sent upon successful booking. 2.3. Clients must provide a safe and sanitary space for the service to be carried out. 3. Payment 3.1. Payment must be made in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. 3.2. Accepted payment methods include cash, card, or electronic transfer. 3.3. Late payments may incur additional charges. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling 4.1. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. 4.2. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost. 4.3. Same-day cancellations will be charged the full service amount. 5. Safety and Hygiene 5.1. The service provider follows strict hygiene protocols, including sterilization of tools and the use of disposable materials where applicable. 5.2. Clients must inform the provider of any medical conditions, allergies, or infections prior to the appointment. 5.3. The provider reserves the right to refuse service if a condition poses a health or safety risk. 6. Client Responsibilities 6.1. Clients are responsible for ensuring a clean and safe environment for the service. 6.2. Clients must disclose any relevant health information that may affect the service. 6.3. Minors (under age 16) must have a parent or guardian present during the appointment. 7. Liability 7.1. The provider is not liable for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed medical conditions or allergies. 7.2. The provider is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from unsafe environments at the client’s location. 8. Privacy 8.1. Personal information collected during the booking process will be kept confidential and used solely for service delivery purposes. 8.2. No information will be shared with third parties without the client’s consent. 9. Changes to Terms and Conditions 9.1. The provider reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
