Salon Policy

1. Appointments

Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or amend an appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

2. Bookings via Solo

Appointments booked through Solo require a 50% deposit to secure the appointment time.

The deposit is refundable only where a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is provided.

The remaining balance is payable in full at the time of service.

Prices may vary depending on hair length, thickness, condition, or the service requested. A final price will be confirmed during consultation prior to commencement of the service.

3. Hair Treatments & Colour Services

A colour patch test is mandatory for all colour services and must be completed no less than 48 hours prior to the appointment. The salon reserves the right to refuse service if a patch test has not been completed or if adverse reactions occur.

4. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. The salon accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought onto the premises.

5. Minors

Technical and colour services are not provided to clients under the age of 16.

Clients under 16 years of age may receive non-technical services only and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must provide consent prior to the commencement of any service.

6. Photography

Before and after photographs may be taken for record-keeping, marketing, and promotional purposes, including use on social media. Explicit consent will be requested prior to any photographs being taken.

7. Feedback and Complaints

We value client feedback and aim to deliver a high standard of service. Any concerns or complaints must be reported within 7 days of the appointment to allow the salon the opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter where appropriate.
