Terms and Conditions for Booking an Appointment at Vine. Beauty Salon:

1. AppointmentsAll appointments must be booked in advance, either online, via phone, or in person.A confirmation message will be sent via email once the booking is confirmed.Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

2. Deposits and Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your booking, depending on the service. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the appointment. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and online bank transfers.

3. Cancellations and ReschedulingWe require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of the deposit or a cancellation fee.No-shows will be charged the full price of the booked service.

4. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule or receive a shortened service to avoid delaying other appointments. Late arrivals may still be charged the full price of the booked service.

5. Health and SafetyClients must inform the salon of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before treatments.The salon reserves the right to refuse service if a condition poses a risk to the client or staff.No children are allowed in the salon at any time.

6. Refunds and Complaints

Services are non-refundable. However, if you are unsatisfied, please inform the salon within 48 hours so we can address the issue. Product refunds are only accepted for unopened, unused items returned within 7 days with a valid receipt.

7. Gift Vouchers and PromotionsGift vouchers must be used before the expiry date and cannot be exchanged for cash.Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

8. Personal Belongings

The salon is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings.
