TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Booking & Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit of £80 is required to secure all appointments.
- Deposits are transferable if at least 48 hours’ notice is given to reschedule.
- Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
- Failure to attend an appointment (“no-show”) will result in the loss of the deposit and a new deposit being required to rebook.
3. Late Arrivals
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment rescheduled and may lose their deposit.
- Late arrival may result in treatment time being reduced.
4. Medical History & Suitability
- Clients must complete all consultation and medical forms honestly and disclose any medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy, breastfeeding, recent surgery, or skin treatments.
- Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect treatment outcomes and could result in treatment being refused.
5. Treatment Results
- Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
- Additional sessions or touch-ups may be required to achieve desired results and may incur additional charges.
6. Medical Tattooing
- Medical tattooing outcomes can vary depending on scar tissue, skin type, healing response, previous treatments and underlying medical conditions.
- The practitioner cannot guarantee colour retention, scar camouflage effectiveness or final aesthetic results.
7. Permanent Makeup (PMU)
- Colour retention varies depending on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, medications and sun exposure.
- A perfect match to existing pigment or previous work cannot always be guaranteed.
8. Contraindications
Treatment may be refused if:
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You have certain medical conditions.
- You have active skin infections or disorders in the treatment area.
- You are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
9. Aftercare
- Clients agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided.
- Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect results and could require additional chargeable treatments.
10. Photography
- Clinical photographs may be taken before, during and after treatment for medical records, educational and marketing purposes.
- Unless you request otherwise, you consent to the use of your treatment photographs for these purposes.
- For medical tattooing treatments, identifiable facial images will never be used without your express agreement in advance.
- Client privacy and confidentiality will always be respected.
11. Children & Guests
- Due to health, safety and insurance requirements, children and additional guests are not permitted unless agreed in advance.
12. Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of permanent cosmetic and medical tattooing procedures, no refunds will be given once treatment has been carried out.
- Concerns regarding treatment should be raised within 14 days of the procedure.
13. Practitioner Rights
- The practitioner reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is considered unsafe, unsuitable or not in the client’s best interests.
