Terms and Conditions

Appointment Changes & Cancellations

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please notify me as soon as possible. As this business is my sole source of income, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any changes.

• Cancellations or changes within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% service fee.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Late Arrivals

Please make every effort to arrive on time for your appointment. If you anticipate being late, you must inform me as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time, and if the service cannot be completed, a cancellation fee may apply.

Patch Test Policy

A patch test is required prior to any service to help reduce the risk of allergic reactions. Patch tests must be completed 24–48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please note that allergic reactions may still occur at any time, even after treatment. If you have any concerns or questions, please reach out before your appointment.

Infill Policy

When booking an infill service, you must have at least 50% of your lash extensions remaining. If less than 50% remains, a full set will be required. If you are unsure, you may send a clear photo prior to your appointment for assessment and advice.
