Terms & Conditions – Beauty Appointments
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Appointments All appointments must be booked in advance. Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full treatment time.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations and no-shows make it difficult to offer appointment times to other clients.
Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. The full treatment price will still apply.
Deposits Some treatments may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final treatment cost.
Health & Safety Clients must inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities before their appointment to ensure treatments can be carried out safely.
No Children Policy For safety reasons, children are not permitted in my Waxed and Glpw beauty room. This is due to the use of hot wax and laser equipment, and is also required under my insurance policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Right to Refuse Service I reserve the right to refuse or stop a treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate to continue.
