Cancellation & Deposit Policy

When booking with me, a £10 non-refundable deposit is required for all services over £10. For services under £10, the full amount is expected upfront. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, but if you reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. On the day of your appointment, the £10 deposit will be deducted from the total cost, and the remaining balance can be paid by cash or card. Please message me to change your appointment.

If you cancel (12 hours or less) or no show your appointment you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

I take cash (must be exact amount I do not have change) or card (tap to pay). There is a small charge when paying via card.
