Cancellation & Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, a £10 deposit is required for all services.

For any service priced under £10, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Please note:

* Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit.

* Deposits can be paid in-salon or online.

* All deposits are non-refundable.

* Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

* The remaining balance can be paid by cash or bank transfer.

If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling within this timeframe will allow your deposit to be transferred to your new appointment. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, your deposit will be lost.
