A £10 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable. But may be transferred to another date if rescheduled 24 hours before the appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

By booking an appointment, you agree to this deposit policy.

I understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to adjust your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Anything below 24hrs you risk losing your deposit to reschedule another appointment & another deposit will then need to be made.

Cancellations or reschedules made with more than 24 hours’ notice may have the deposit transferred to a new appointment date.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit and may require full payment before future bookings.

Repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may lead to a restriction on future bookings.
