Reschedule policy: If your plans change, you can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel, it’s important to let them know as soon as possible, so they have a chance to refill your slot. ⚠️To protect the venue, you will be charged the full amount if you don’t show up or cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment start time.

Please note: The system temporarily holds the payment till booking is accepted , in case of declined booking it may not appear as a refund to the customer. Instead, it will be returned back in to your bank account as if the transaction did not occur
