Quotes & Pricing - All prices are start from and may vary depending on the size and condition of the property.
Payments - Payment is required in full on the day of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations - At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in your deposit being kept.
Access to Property - Clients must ensure access is available at the agreed time. If access is not provided, the appointment may be cancelled the deposit kept.
Condition of Property - Prices are based on a standard level of cleanliness. If the property is in a heavily spoiled or condition beyond what was described, we reserve the right to adjust the price or reschedule the service.
Damage & Liability - While every care is taken, accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours. We hold public liability insurance for peace of mind.
Client Responsibility - Client should inform us of any fragile or valuable items and secure valuables where possible.
Satisfaction - If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will aim to resolve the issue.
Pets - We are happy to work in homes with pets, but request they are secured where necessary.
Service Availability - We offer limited availability due to high demand, including evenings and weekends.
Key Handling - We can hold keys for regular clients; however, this is done at the clients risk.
Equipment & Products - Where possible, Clients are to provide their own hoover and mop. We always bring our own products, but please make us aware if you wish for specific or your own to be used.
