Deposits are non refundable. If cancelled or changed outwith 48 hours deposit can still be used towards a new appointment within 6 weeks. Appointments can be changed or rescheduled free of charge outwith 48 hours of appointment time. Appointments cancelled or changed within 48 hours will be charged 50% cancellation fee. Appointments changed or cancelled within 24 hours will be charged full amount No shows will be charged full amount of treatment price and new deposit will be required to rebook
