Appointments begin and end at the scheduled time to respect all clients’ routines.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment.
Preparation for Your Appointment
Please ensure a small, clean, and well‑lit area is available for your treatment.
For massage and facials, space for a portable couch is required unless otherwise agreed.
Health & Safety
If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. This protects the wellbeing of both clients and therapist.
Hygiene Standards
All tools are sanitised and disinfected to professional standards.
Disposable items are used where appropriate to ensure a safe, hygienic experience.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations or changes can be made up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee, as the time has been reserved exclusively for you.
Travel & Accessibility
Mobile appointments are available within the West End and surrounding areas.
If your location requires additional travel time or specific parking arrangements, this will be discussed in advance.
Professional Boundaries
Treatments are strictly professional. Any behaviour that compromises safety, comfort, or professionalism will result in the immediate end of the appointment.
Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a treatment if a client’s behaviour compromises safety, comfort, or professionalism.
