Terms and conditions

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations occur within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or in the case of a no-show. Deposits may be transferred if rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Patch tests are mandatory for LVL Lash Lifts and HD Brows. These must be carried out at least 48 hours prior to your treatment. Failure to attend a patch test will result in cancellation of your appointment, and deposits will not be refunded.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be lost. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their treatment shortened or cancelled, with the deposit forfeited.

Please attend your appointment alone. For safety, insurance, and to maintain a relaxing environment, children and additional guests cannot be accommodated.

Clients must follow pre-treatment and aftercare advice provided for LVL Lashes, HD Brows, and Biosculpture Nails to ensure best results. Wild Petal Beauty cannot be held responsible for reduced treatment longevity if aftercare is not followed.

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or changes to your health at the time of booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for clients with certain conditions, or may require a GP’s consent. Pregnant or breastfeeding clients are unable to receive LVL Lash Lifts due to brand safety guidelines. Nail treatments cannot be performed on clients with infections (e.g. fungal nails) or open wounds around the nail area.

With your consent, photos of your results may be taken for marketing and social media purposes. Photos will only be used with your permission.

Clients must be over 16 for HD Brows and Biosculpture Nails, and over 18 for LVL Lash Lifts.

Treatments are non-refundable once carried out. If you are dissatisfied, please raise concerns during or immediately after your appointment so adjustments can be made where possible.

Remaining balances (after deposit) must be paid on the day of your appointment. Payments can be made via cash or bank transfer.

Only official Nouveau Lashes, HD Brows, and Biosculpture products are used, ensuring safety and the best possible results. Wild Petal Beauty is fully qualified and insured to carry out all treatments offered.

Wild Petal Beauty reserves the right to refuse service if: – A client is unsuitable for treatment due to health/contraindications. – A client displays inappropriate, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour.
