Please Read Before Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Changes/Cancellations: - Appointments can be moved up to 48 hours before. -Less than 48 hours: deposit is lost. - 24 hours: 50% of remaining balance due. - Same-day/No-shows: full remaining balance due + full pre-payment required for future bookings. Nails: I do not infill or soak off other techs’ work. New clients must arrive with bare nails, including no varnish. Nail Art: Please select the correct nail art category so the right time is allocated. Patch Testing: Tinting and laminations require a patch test at least 48 hours prior. No Guests or Children allowed during appointments. Lateness: 5–10 minute grace depending on schedule. Later than this may result in cancellation and charges. Aesthetic Treatments: 18+ only. ID required. Consent form must be completed before your appointment. Message if not received 7 days prior. Payment: Preferred methods are bank transfer or cash.
