I recently had a lymphatic drainage massage and it was among the best treatments I’ve experienced. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely relaxed and cared for. The therapist was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. The treatment itself was gentle yet so effective — I left feeling lighter, less bloated, refreshed, and unbelievably relaxed. The atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully clean, which made the whole experience even better. I noticed such a difference afterwards, both physically and mentally, I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to improve their wellbeing, reduce swelling, or simply treat themselves to some amazing self-care. I went to see Cath for an hours treatment today. As always it was amazing. A fabulous back massage and facial. I was also a guinea pig for her new treatment. You are in for a treat!! I left feeling relaxed and very calm. Thanx lovely lady!!

I have been going to see Cath since she started. I couldn’t be without her. As a sufferer of Fibromyalgia and arthritis, she knows how to treat me and what I need. Cath will tailor around what I can cope with and which treatment I need. And today was Hot Stones massage, Indian head massage and reflexology. I went in feeling like a heavy stone and came out floating on air! Thank you so much for all you do for me Cath. I am so glad I found you. You are amazing
