Xtine_Wan_Terms&Condit... 1. Services and Payment 1.1. The services provided include bridal makeup and hair styling for the client, as agreed upon in the consultation. 1.2. A deposit is required to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable. 1.3. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the wedding day. 2. Travel Policy 2.1. If agreed transportation fails for any reason, the client agrees to cover any additional travel fees incurred. 2.2. The service provider will make the decision on the quickest and most cost-effective alternative travel method. Done 3. Cancellation Policy 3.1. Cancellations made: • More than 30 days before the event: The client forfeits the deposit, and no further charges will apply. • Within 30 days of the event: 50% of the total fee will be charged. • Within 7 days of the event: The client is responsible for full payment of the agreed fee. 4. Change Policy 4.1. Any changes to the agreed services (e.g., additional services, timing adjustments, or cancellations of certain aspects) must be communicated at least 30 days prior to the event. 4.2. Changes made within 30 days of the event may incur additional fees or may be non-refundable. 5. Allergies and Sensitivities 5.1. The client is responsible for informing the service provider of any known allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions prior to the appointment. 5.2. The service provider will not be held liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects caused by products used during the service if the client has failed to disclose relevant medical information. 5.3. It is advised that the client conducts a patch test if they have any concerns regarding specific products, especially for sensitive skin. 6. Liability 6.1. The service provider is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events, such as severe weather, traffic, or other emergencies. 6.2. The client agrees to provide a safe and suitable working environment for the service provider, including access to power outlets, lighting, and seating.
