To secure your appointment, a £10 non-refundable deposit is required. This will be credited towards your final payment and can be made easily via bank transfer. If you need to adjust your booking, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate you with ease. Cancellations made after this time may result in the deposit being forfeited. If you do not attend your appointment without notifying us, the full treatment cost will be charged.
A 10-minute grace period is offered, and if arrival is delayed beyond 20 minutes, we may need to reschedule to ensure the standard of your service is not compromised.
For your comfort and safety, please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions prior to your visit. We are unable to carry out treatments where there are contagious conditions or infections, as your wellbeing is always our priority.
At YemUnique, we take pride in our work. We may occasionally capture photos of your finished nails for promotional use. If you would prefer not to be included, simply let us know.
