Please arrive for your appointment on time (parking instructions will be sent out before your treatment)

If you are late this may result in the treatment time being shortened.

If I am running late, you will be notified and I will adjust treatment time/cost accordingly.

Last minute cancellations charges are at the discretion of myself and circumstance.

If I can fill an appointment with short notice, you will get your money back in full.

please note, if I do not work, I do not get paid, so as much notice as possible is very much appreciated.
