This deposit is non-refundable and goes toward your final service cost. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before your appointment can be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your 50% deposit. Refund Policy • Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not offered. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns about your experience, we are happy to have a conversation to resolve them. Punctuality • Please arrive promptly at your scheduled time. Slightly late arrivals will still be seen, but time lost will be deducted from your session to avoid impacting other clients.
