Terms & Conditions

We understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect your therapists time, I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to their scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
• Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment (“no-show”) will result in a 100% of the service cost charge.

Late Arrivals

• Clients arriving late may have their service time shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments.
• If arrival is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.

Emergency Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. Exceptions to this policy may be made at our discretion.
