I’ve just had the most amazing facial with Charlene. She was very friendly welcoming and knowledgeable. Her treatment room is very comfortable and the heated bed is amazing. Charlene explained everything she was doing and why. I felt so relaxed and my skin feels so hydrated and plump. I’m very happy with my treatment and I am definitely booking again. Highly recommend this clinic - I had a treatment with Charlene who was incredibly professional but also super warm and friendly. She really knew her stuff and explained what she was doing and why. The treatment room was lovely and relaxing, with a great playlist 😃 Gorgeous products used and walked out feeling and looking great - 10/10 will be booking again!

I recently had a few sessions of microneedling at about:skin aesthetics. The treatment was carried out professionally and with great care but what stood out most was the level of knowledge and genuine concern for my skin health. During the consultation, Charlene took the time to assess some sun damage and offered me informed advice that went beyond the immediate treatment. She also recommended a trusted specialist who was brilliant and has addressed the issue and given me advice on what treatments to have with Charlene going forward. It’s rare to find someone who prioritizes long-term skin health over purely aesthetic results. I was looking for a men’s facial in Reading and found this local place, and I’m really glad I met Charlene. With my wedding coming up in a month, I wanted to get something done beforehand, and she took the time during an initial 30-minute session to understand my skin and what would work best for my face. The whole experience was relaxed and personalised, and I felt really comfortable throughout. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for men’s grooming services, which are not always easy to find.

Took my 16 year old daughter G to have her first facial as she got a gift voucher for Christmas and what a fantastic experience. Charlene settled G’s nerves and made her feel comfortable, made me feel welcome as a protective dad. G came out with radiating skin and buzzing straight on her phone to her friends raving about it. I’m even tempted to have one myself

Amazing treatment, amazing products, amazing service all round, value for money and worth every penny. A lot of thought and care has gone into accommodating all aspects when it comes to skin care. Would recommend for sure.
