Took my 16 year old daughter G to have her first facial as she got a gift voucher for Christmas and what a fantastic experience. Charlene settled G’s nerves and made her feel comfortable, made me feel welcome as a protective dad. G came out with radiating skin and buzzing straight on her phone to her friends raving about it. I’m even tempted to have one myself

I have just had my lips done for the first time and I’m so so happy! Charlene was fantastic and made me feel so comfortable. After care information was described so well and is really easy to understand. I have also had a facial done here before and will be coming back again!!!

Amazing treatment, amazing products, amazing service all round, value for money and worth every penny. A lot of thought and care has gone into accommodating all aspects when it comes to skin care. Would recommend for sure.

My experience here was amazing! It was so relaxing i pretty much fell asleep. Some say that’s rude but others will say that’s a compliment due to the fact I was made to feel to relaxed. Highly recommend

My experience with Charlene was 10/10💕 From beginning to end she is lovely and so professional. The facial was wonderful, using a variety of different products which she explains the purpose of throughout! The clinic is gorgeous too!!

5 stars is not enough! This morning I had a facial reset treatment I was not disappointed the best facial I’ve ever experienced and I’ve had a few at top spas! I love Charlene she is so attentive and caring and makes you feel relaxed and she always makes me giggle! I’d never go anywhere else for any treatments now I’ve truly found a star in the making.
