MAKING A BOOKING

Book your appointment through our secure website by selecting "Book Now".

To secure your appointment we will request a 30% booking fee. This fee will be used as part payment towards your treatment, with the final amount due at your appointment.

Upon confirmation, you will be requested to complete consent/medical forms online. It is important to complete these at your earliest convenience, to allow us time to order stock, check you are suitable for treatment, and clarify whether further consultations are required prior. We kindly ask that you complete your forms no less than 48 hours before your appointment where possible.

Each appointment includes a brief consultation. Alternatively, you can book a free consultation-only appointment first to discuss treatment options. Typically, no treatments will be performed during this consultation-only appointment, but we can schedule your treatment appointment based on the consultation.

For any treatments involving the use of botulinum toxin, or the dissolving of filler, a prescription consultation will need to be carried out in person first in order to obtain a prescription for the treatment. This consultation carries a fee which is non-refundable and payment is required in full in advance of any consultation. This is a fee we pass to our prescriber. You do not have to pay this additional fee for botulinum toxin if you are on our Tox Membership.


ARRIVAL TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

There is plenty of free parking available outside the address, and the clinic is just a short walk from nearby bus stops servicing routes 17, 43, 89, and 93. Situated behind a house on a residential road in Reading RG31, the clinic location will be provided to you on confirmation of your booking. When you arrive, please ring the doorbell, and someone will meet you at the side gate.

We kindly ask that you arrive without makeup on the area to be treated, if possible.

Please note that the clinic is not suitable for children. If you have childcare issues, let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate.

If you have any mobility issues, please inform us ahead of time. The clinic is on the ground floor and accessed via a gravel path.


LATENESS

Please arrive on time, as we do not have a waiting room. If you are running late or need assistance with directions, please contact us.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment and reserve the right to refuse treatment. Your booking fee will not be refunded. If you are able to give us advance notice then we may be able to make suitable arrangements.


BOOKING FEE

When you book an appointment with us, we will request a booking fee/deposit. This fee will be used as part payment towards your treatment and will be deducted from the total on the day of your appointment.

The booking fee is 30% of the cost of your booked treatment. It is non-refundable to cover the costs of preparing for your appointment and reserving that time slot for you, with an exception for patients deemed unsuitable for treatment.

The booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment with more than 48 hours' notice. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more information.

DISCOUNTS

From time to time, the clinic may offer promotional discounts. Each offer will specify the applicable discount and the validation period.

Discount codes can be applied at the time of booking via the website or mentioned to the practitioner at payment.

Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Discounts are not valid on model appointments, memberships, courses or packages, prescription consultations for botulinum toxin and filler dissolving, or waxing treatments.


LOYALTY SCHEME

You can earn 1 loyalty point for each qualifying booking or successful referral.

Once 5 loyalty points have been collected, you will receive a £30 discount code via email to use towards a future treatment.

A qualifying booking is any paid skin or aesthetic treatment that has been completed. Consultations, free reviews, and waxing treatments are excluded.


REFERRAL SCHEME

If you refer a new client to the clinic:

  • Your friend receives 10% off their first skin or aesthetic treatment
  • Your friend receives 1 loyalty point after their first qualifying treatment
  • You also receive 1 loyalty point once their first qualifying treatment has been completed

A qualifying treatment/booking follows the same criteria outlined in “Loyalty Scheme” above.

Loyalty points and referral discounts are non-transferable, and have no cash value. Referral discounts cannot be combined with other discounts. Eligible treatments still earn loyalty points when a discount is used.


MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships are paid monthly via recurring payments and include a minimum three-month commitment. After this period, memberships may be cancelled at any time, provided notice is given before the next payment date. Payments already made are non-refundable.

Monthly payments must be received before treatments can be redeemed. One month may be skipped with prior notice, and unused treatments may be rolled over to the following month.

The Skin Membership:

includes one customised facial and/or advanced treatment per paid month (including peels, microneedling + peptides, LED light therapy and carboxytherapy).

The Tox Membership:

includes one botulinum toxin prescription, treatment and review after three paid months. If a prescription cannot be obtained for new medical reasons, your membership may be cancelled and any unused months refunded, minus a £70 consultation and administration fee.

Members receive 10% off additional standalone treatments. Discounts are not valid on model appointments, memberships, courses or packages, prescription consultations for botulinum toxin and filler dissolving, or waxing treatments. Membership benefits are subject to change.


CANCELLATION POLICY

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL:

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice before the intended appointment. This will allow you to transfer the booking fee to a new date. You can contact us or action this from your booking confirmation under ‘Request to reschedule’.

The booking fee is non-refundable to cover the costs of preparing for your appointment and reserving that time slot for you, with the exception of patients deemed unsuitable for treatment (please see "If you are not suitable for treatment").

No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will require a new booking fee to schedule a new appointment. We understand that sometimes short-notice cancellations are unavoidable, and if rescheduling is possible, we will try to accommodate. We respect that your time is valuable and appreciate your understanding of ours.

OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL:

We reserve the right to cancel an appointment if: • Your completed consent/medical forms have not been submitted at least 48 hours before your appointment where possible. Your booking fee will not be refunded. • You have not provided us with any requested information within a reasonable time. Your booking fee will not be refunded. • The booking fee has not been paid at the time of booking. • Following consultation and/or review of your consent/medical forms, it is determined you are unsuitable for treatment.

There may be rare occasions when we have to cancel the clinic and appointments at very short notice, due to unexpected circumstances. We will endeavour to offer you a similar appointment for the soonest date available often by opening up a new date. Should this be unacceptable you will be offered a full refund of your booking fee in this circumstance.


IF YOU ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR TREATMENT

If, upon completing your consent/medical forms in the required timeframe, you are deemed unsuitable for treatment, you may be offered a refund of your booking fee or the option to transfer it to another suitable treatment.

However, if at your appointment, it is determined that you are not suitable for treatment and you had not previously disclosed the relevant information on your forms, a refund will not be provided.

5. Sharing Your Information

We may share your data with trusted third-party providers who help us operate our business:

  • Book Solo – our booking system provider (for scheduling and managing appointments)
  • Stripe – our secure payment processor
  • Professional insurers or regulators – if required for compliance purposes
  • Pharmacies to obtain prescriptions where applicable.

Each of these providers is required to handle your data securely and in accordance with UK GDPR.

We retain client and treatment records, including photographs, for as long as necessary to fulfil our professional, legal, and insurance obligations.

Photographs may be taken as part of your treatment record to document progress, treatment results, and for insurance purposes. These images are stored securely and will not be shared or used for marketing without your consent.

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data

Please note that, under the UK GDPR, we may decline a deletion request if we must retain certain information to:
