Treatment Deposit

At Acre Somerset, a £10 deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit confirms your commitment and allows me to reserve that time exclusively for you. The fee is redeemable against your treatment.

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct anything that’s wrong, ask us to delete your details, or change your marketing preferences anytime.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your records for as long as required by law or professional guidelines, then securely delete them.

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me to offer your slot to another client.

48+ hours’ notice: No charge for cancellations or rescheduling.

Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of your session cost will be charged to the card on file.

No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations

If you miss your appointment, cancel on the same day, or don’t confirm a rescheduled time, the full session cost will be charged. This policy helps ensure fairness and availability for all clients.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your treatment time may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining appointment slot.

Booking & Your Appointment

All appointments must be booked in advance through the online system or by contacting me directly. Your time is reserved exclusively for you, please arrive promptly. For safety and space reasons, appointments are attended alone.

Changes to Services

Acre Somerset reserves the right to update services, pricing, or policies at any time.

Any changes will be communicated in advance to clients.
